The City of Lenexa has approved a 1% CID sales tax to fund West Star’s mixed-use development Vista Village, formerly known as Jayhawk Ridge. Vista Village is located at the southeast corner of Ridgeview Road and Prairie Star Parkway in Lenexa and is part of the larger 170-acre development The Vista. Vista Village’s 25 acres will include retail and residential units, a climate-controlled self-storage facility, and beautiful sidewalks and landscaping adjacent to the Mill Creek Streamway Park.
